Please order in the normal way and we will despatch your order as soon as the book is published.

Delivery times and postal charges per order UK 1st class (2.50 )  1 to 2 working days, UK 2nd class (£2.00 ) 3 to 4 working days,  Western Europe airmail ( £3.00)  5  to 7 working days, Rest of the World  airmail ( £6.00 ) 7 to 10  working days.
